We have taken care of engineers and permits.Assume that there is reasonable access from the rear of the property - and these are all attached row homes.If anyone has recommendations for a good subcontractor we are all ears.

I recently made an offer on a duplex, it's 4bed 3bath front unit + 2bed 2bath rear unitcurrently rear unit is rented for below market price at $930, market is around $1100-1200, rear unit is in very good condition and tenant maintained it well and i plan to keep her.

A current tenant has damaged the rental property beyond the normal wear & tear. (3 by 6-foot hole in dry wall; Garage access door complete broken off with damage door frame, the main entrance door way frame is broken and need to be replace, damage to the rear entrance door frame as well).
