What is your average make ready cost for the owner?

After spending the past two years learning the ins and outs of underwriting and analyzing deals, I’m ready to take the next step and acquire my first multifamily property (20+ units).I’m looking to connect with like-minded investors who are interested in partnering on this journey.

They also have calculators to analyze deals, and I highly recommend you start this as soon as possible, even if you are not ready to buy.

For our ADU (garage conversion), I am handling the design/engineering and then selecting a final contractor once its permitted and ready to go.
