I am aware that since I’m renting one unit out I need a landlord policy, but can my policy be HO3 or does it have to be DP1? 

I wanted to drop this review so that future clients are aware of what they are getting into.

They raised over $300  million in two mortgage REITs, however they didn’t have the deal flow to invest 10% of it.  

Interesting, I was aware of how they work in my state, but not about these kind of differences.
