If they raise it more than what you paid for it, you should be able to protest the value and submit the required documents proving it is worth that amount only as well as comps if they are substantially lower.

Not only that but you are far less likely to face community protests, hard zoning regulations, and ridiculous fees and taxes that make developing affordable housing in many cities too expensive.

Went to the other bank, got upset with the manner inwhich the mortgage broker was speaking to them, (very condensending), so they got so upset, :badwords: they went to a "model home" and bought directly from the builder, (never consulting me or letting me know what their experience was).My broker suggested I get my buyers to sign a buyer/broker agreement...I am not comfortable with them, because as I buyer I refused to sign them, :protest: and found another agent who didn't expect that from me.

I send him an email protesting that he could not use my security deposit like that and that I want my deposit back by May 30th because is by law (or whatever).

Im surprised no one else has commented, is my topic that boring or what :protest: :groovy:
