--I would agree that this market has opportunities for seller finance as a record number of properties in the US are paid off. 

I was planning on suing to get an easement and then developing the lot.  

I found what seemed to be a great property with a house for an STR and other space that I could expand for camping/RV sites and a barn that could be converted into a venue for events. 

The buyers had invested a lot into the deal (~$100M) and purchasing the property was critical to complete their development.

These can boost property appeal and command higher rents.- Short-Term Rentals in Non-Traditional Markets: Secondary markets like Florence, Alabama, are ideal for short-term rentals.
