Please note that contrary to common belief a lender can NOT prohibit a transfer, they could only declare such transfer a item that allows them to accelerate the note.Up until now, very few notes have been “called” due when title has transferred.  

It is my belief your current situation is not a bad position (it is a goid position that will improve with time).  

I can also tell you that our early buyers are back for more properties, and in some cases, significantly more properties as they have had success with their prior acquisitions, but this program, as with any other investment opportunity will not be for everyone.As far as a "get rich quick" scheme, I assure you that preREO is not that and has never been promoted as a quick way to riches.

I can't speak for all but every PMc I have seen promoting some really low Tenant Placement fee, also has the rainbow of tie-in revenues, namely maintenance.

There are a lot of charlatans and 'Guru's' out there promoting this and that but the Stech family is the real deal when it comes to Private Lending.

He did a book for Bigger Pockets, but by large Bigger Pockets is not so pro Sub2 so not sure why they allowed this other than he is an expert at self promotions, etc..

I don’t feel the need to explain myself, or promote his program, but I will say that I have learned tremendously what would have been difficult for me in another community. 3k is nothing compared to other mastermind groups.
