It is a promotional gimmick.So to reiterate someone who wanted the bragging rights of having a 2.99% instead of 3% is the same type of person who would argue with every comment in this thread to prove they are right.

It's technically avoidant of advertising or self-promotion, but it always is blatant self-promotion opportunity.

I also will have a big promotion at work coming up that I will need to prepare for. 

Look at what high interest credit cards you can get rid of, pay down, or move to zero interest promotion cards for say 15 months etc.

From there, adding discipline will get you to where you want.Instead what you're doing is advertising you have money, no knowledge and are going to have the average BP RE agent(bottom of the barrel quality) come here to promote their services with no regard. 

Then you can avoid the self promotion issue. 

Lee Arnold I don't know personally however my opinion on his system promoting private lending remains the same..

First off I took the realtors suggestion and listed with the property management company he promoted to me.

I can't speak for all but every PMc I have seen promoting some really low Tenant Placement fee, also has the rainbow of tie-in revenues, namely maintenance.

Fincen is trying to promote that if someone doesn’t want to file then they must be hiding something .
