Are you wanting to list your own properties or is it just to find deals?

This is a 3 story town home (detached) that shares a private sewage line with 7 other homes.

I've not yet invested in my first property, but I plan to purchase my first one by the end of 2023.

I am under contract for another property and am 99% sure I will not use them.
