Do you know what Raleigh's position would be on the placement of a MH (taking away the wheels)?

Hello BP community,Most of the builders do not offer investors opportunity to buy the lots and they claim they are only for primary residence (i;e they will sell only if you are going to live in it (example Ryan homes, Pulte homes etc..) are there any builders out there who can sell to investors for "buy to rent" in Columbus OH?

If it's an owner occupied loan, the underwriter will need to verify this is your primary residence.

Private Lender Partnership: Partner with a private lender or investor willing to take a second lien position to get you to 85-90% cash out.

Have any "students" or those saying positive things about the program closed any deals?

And right now, I am going to tear it down in 2025 and build a new house as my primary home.

We have one property already as our primary home with a plan to buy another house and rent out this one.

So far, it’s 100% positive.  

They all had very positive things to say.
