@Brandon Priest, Potentially there's a possibility that maybe this could somehow be kind of sort of OK :). 

He is a golf player not a politician, not a priest, and not a symbol.

I'd take a look at it and take a note from his playbook by having a Catholic Priest (exorcist?)

I had a priest as a teacher who used to say "the lottery is a tax on the stupid".

I find out how much the property sold for last, who bought it, the tax rate on the property, the appraised value of the property, etc...I don’t have to have all the planets in line, and the blessings of a priest to bid, but I do like to get that warm fuzzy feeling about the place.

If He really loved us, would He allow all these priests and pastors and rabbis and imams and such to piddle away the money they collect in His name like they always do?

You are not the tenant's friend, counselor, priest, sounding board, shoulder to cry on, private detective, police officer or anything of that nature.

Do not have the faith of a priest in Christ in high-minded notions about law and order saving you in a bad situation.

Get a lawyer to review previous leases, personal comercial inspector, contractor, Insurance Agent, exorsist/priest!

My wife's father is a priest of a church and we have been living there (in the church building) for 8 of those 9 years.
