if only Zillow had a "buy profitable property" feature.and that would be way better than buying a 'turnkey' in the midwest, 'cash flowing' $37 a month, and pretending you don't have any capex because rent is monthly and capex is irregular.

All sales of the property involved the same realtor, the same lawyer, all within 3 years.The realtor pretends to not have known about the restriction, the lawyer is sort of playing dumb but talking about mediating as I point out they missed the restriction that they themselves originally put in.

If buyer wants/demands access to a sellers property with 0 clarification/documentation to such, NO, buyers DO NOT have any right to such and pretending it's seller requiring such via fiduciary requirements is laughable as it's obviously at benefit of the buyer who refuses any declarative of status UNLESS sellers otherwise state and direct, which I have never known a seller to ever do, ever.

I might be mistaken, but I do believe that is an aspect of wholesaling.I agree, the second one is collusion, but lets not pretend that collusion does not happen in Real Estate (All Aspects).
