I have a Security deposit which i know i won't get back because of the how the landlord is.. he pretty much let rats and bugs into the home they ate thru the carpet and everything and did nothing about it. i rather just give him the 30 days notice and stay the extra week or two and him keep the deposit which is the same as the rent. i mean i know he wont evict me because it wont give him enough time. i just didnt know the law and what he could do except keep my deposit if thats all then thats fine.. i mean i have no lease or nothing.

The English language is complicated enough with its seven different meanings for every word, without taking into account of how these change every couple decades.If someone referred to me as a “hack” I’m not sure what exactly they would mean, though it does still have a ting of a negative connotation.

While I had some great tenants, these types of units definitely seemed to require more attention, and it ate into my personal time more often than made my husband happy.

The way that it works is they are daily interest loans, generally have no payment requirements during the life of the loan, however the equity of the property gets ate up every day. the bank is probably not going to ask them to leave the property when equity position is upside down. short sale is usually an option via arms length transaction, or payments can generally be made for loan paydown and eventual refi once get loan to a more favorable LTV. feel free to PM if you have questions!
