In a pinch you could probably dab a sharpie felt pen with a similar color and it wouldn't be the end of the world.  

Just don’t wanna get into a bind or pinch never got that many properties at once.

This applies to affluent individuals with top 1% income, as well as those that need to pinch pennies.

I say seen as a negative because I don't consider it an actual negative as one should expect to pay a premium price for a premium product or service but sometimes investors want to pinch pennies at all costs so the pricing can be a turn off to some.

I typically like to do at least 60-day notice and let them know I am trying to make the process smoother and don't want to put them in a pinch.

Personally I'm not sure that I would ever do it on my own residence, but it doesn't seem like a bad solution for rental properties where every penny is being pinched as @Mark Fries suggested.
