Does someone have experience buying a foreclosed property and keeping the existing person/family living there and converting to a tenant? 

Which I also have experience doing.

Even if the owner seems like a really nice person, they will micromanage the builder and not like the specs of the house the builder needs to do, and/or the timing in which the builder gets it done, etc. 

I don't know if you'd find those people on Airbnb or VRBO from my experience - depends on area.

This person (not Blake capital) was trying to bully me (wrong move).

I personally love the area and travel there very often.

We are managing the units ourselves so we're thinking optimizations like this will simplify the process and create a better experience for the end tenants?
