I think this might be a low point because the Canadian government is trying to pump the housing market before the election next year by lowering rates, relaxing mortgage insurance conditions etc.Yes they have been putting in all these measures to prop up the housing market as they see the pending implosion writing on the wall. 

May be a tough pitch but can happenThis is also pending sufficient space exists to add them.

We just saw few target properties go from active to contingent/pending status on MLS, it's hard to land on good cash-flow/turn-key property with low inventory nowadays.

I went through a 750,000 openhouse with sold/pending sign that had a 100 foot 32000 volt high tension tower so close I could hit it with a baseball (in my youth).

Good question but, possible pending lawsuit aside (I am an attorney), what do we do now to get this permit?

Are there other potential ownship interests, are there potential lawsuits, re there potential municipal/state/Federal pending claims, etc. etc. etc. 

Have you thought about pending regulations in those areas? 

If you have it pending I would think they would sell it first then file bk.

The only pending issue right now shared by both buildings would be resurfacing the parking area.

How would they implement or restart construction, does anyone know if /how many units are offline pending construction?
