It may only be a matter of time before strict short-term rental regulations in Texas cities, such as Austin, are a thing of the past (or at least significantly limited).

Try to find some of the syndicator's past or present colleagues and/or employees on your own, and ask their opinion of him.

I think good luck... the ones that might have sold things in the past or a good car sales men would make a good wholesaler.

Also if you don't have testimonials that okay to, come up with ways to have good people have something nice to say about just doing business with you in the past or just working together on a side project.

I understand you can be very knowledgeable and prepared but I haven't made any deals in the past or have any rentals under my belt.
