*chuckles*For that place, based on the photos (despite not seeing a lot of trees), if it's furnished with cookware I would leave a small container of maple syrup as well as a box of pancake mix (and perhaps a box of gluten-free pancake mix for nerds like me). 

I remember there was a great breakfast/pancake place not far from the train station.

Before it became a CVS many years ago, the site was a pancake house.

We've even eaten pancakes together on International Pancake Day :) But no direct experience with their properties to give a first-hand account.

@Rachel Kelly Flipping is for pancakes, buy and hold is what makes you wealthy in the long turn. 

My mom would scrape together change when she could to buy flour and we would have pancakes for dinner because we at least had water to make the pancakes.

However prior to that they were flat as the preverbal pancake for about a decade although vacancy remained low..

I don't have rentals...just flip those bad boys like pancakes :)
