I use a vapor oxidizing system for MH's and rentals to remove smoke smells.

And, frankly, I wonder if some of these folks who get a bunch of property seemingly overnight don't have paranoia, fear, anxiety, and live with the very real possibility of bankruptcy if things outside of their control happen in the market or a couple of pieces of bad luck strike.

Onsite weekly visits to open the faucets and expel the gasses, adding the necessary chemicals to my drains to prevent oxidation, handle the bills, proper property maintenance.

Being someone who deals with anxiety when it comes to finances, I tend to measure success in investing by the amount of “peace of mind” it creates for me.

Everything has been chaotic and I'm really trying to calm myself, but I just have this huge anxiety.
