Under current conditions now is the wrong time to have to sell a MF asset so they are just trying to buy time.I think they are very optimistic with their recovery plan and as a colleague of mine likes to say, they are passing around the "hopium pipe" with the wish that the market recovers in the next 2 years so everyone can escape with their hide somewhat intact.
