I observe investors dismissing so many properties that fail to meet this arbitrary standard but perform far better than properties that pencil as "1" properties" on an excel spreadsheet. 

I have personally observed that being an active investor grows your money much faster as well.

I’d love to hear from those with more experience to see if my observations align with yours and if there are tips for managing costs or maximizing the benefits of mid-term rentals. 

Another observation, bitcoin seems to be good for business and reputation.

Zillow doesn't tell the story I shared on the 19119 zip code but driving the neighborhood, walking properties,  observing the daily routines of those who live there and listening to residents articulate their wants and needs does.

Hi Theresa, based on everything I've observed with the way they live with their dog, I think you're absolutely right.

Add in demand for the land itself, increase in the younger generation aiming for household formation, in-migration to Florida from retirees or from other relocations, and your observation is spot on.

From my observation/experience, Berryessa and Piedmont Hills areas are more family-oriented, so the demand there is generally for primary residences, renters, or travelers visiting families.
