End of the month disbursements are pretty normal for Columbus.

Is this normal cost or high?

Was there a date by which the inspection had to be done by (normally within 2 weeks)? 

(My full strat is to own as few STRs as possible to fund my lifestyle for simplicity.)I feel like a seller financing would be unfair, as the seller wouldn't reap the benefits of holding the note for more than a few months. 

Normally I would say absolutely, looking at the above chart.

On these we are targeting g loans even we wouldn’t normally consider; EXCEPT for the fact that we are receiving so much collateral that we end up at 35% LTV or less.  

Wanted to still be close to family but maintain a cheaper lifestyle, still have strong appreciation, and much better tenant/landlord laws, taxes, etc. 

There was so much promised in that webinar, including a better price and much more than one would normally get for that price, but each time I try to do what they were showing that was so cool (and it DOES have cool capabilities) - it's an add-on.  

I move along past the wins very quickly but sit with the normal and foreseeable challenges/issues for a really long time (and react like they came out of nowhere even though they are normal and did not).I've always been tempted to scoop up a house back home in IL.
