Keep in mind you will also likey be paying transfer taxes on assessed value of the property in order to complete the transfer even if transferred for a $1 or a "nominal amount".

Long story short, you have a credit card for of $10,000 - the CC company then forwards you the money in a check at a nominal cost of ~3% of the total amount (ex: $300 on top of the $10,000).
