CPAs & LLMs on this board, have you read the proposed (maybe fully approved - I have not looked at the news feeds lately) Tax Law changes and how they will affect Real Estate Investors?  

There trying to hold the Fed Funds rate low and drive up private rates quickly, it will be interesting to see what assets they sell but I suspect Mortgage backed securities will be at the front of the line.Another article hit my news feed toady about states looking to mail checks to millions of tax payers to help them cope with inflation.
