BUT....With the rates dropping ( and they will) Buyer interest will increase and the markets will immediately start to level first , then increase( prices) as both buyers and sellers see the market stability and value.

Think about it, on a simple level, you can create a workflow for AI and how it should interact w/ inbound leads on your website and the AI can communicate and ask those people certain questions and then at some point do things like set up a appointment based on a specific answer after making it through a conversation (like funnel).

My challenge is that the equity is siloed in a high number of properties which complicates our ability to draw against it and leverage that for operational and investment purposes.Do you all know of banks willing to work with investors and able to underwrite at the portfolio level, rather than having to apply for and open HELOCs on a per-property basis?

@Kent FordI agree with @Ryan Konen regarding areas like San Antonio’s outskirts, parts of Fort Worth, and growing cities like Tyler and Lubbock, which are becoming popular due to relative affordability and job growth.We will see an interest in smaller metro areas where prices are more accessible and a surge in new construction aimed at entry-level buyers.
