Maybe bpers could unite on this and get another PM in mass faster?

The masses are like people all hoarded together walking in circles with blinders on when their eyes open occasionally when they think they find the one thing to get them too easy street.

Like many investors, I've reached critical mass (50 doors) with what I can manage myself (plus one girl PM help).  

There is also the lending field which is quite lucrative if your more into financecommercial real estate if some day you want to be doing bigger deals and making 6 figure commissions checks.. etc etc.to try to start your business as a flipper or wholesaler is tough and it has a 95% failure rate being that it appeals to the mass's of which many frankly don't have the skills to succeed or the financing behind them.OR converselyMake money at your chosen profession save and buy and hold.. buy the best you can hold for long term.. same with buying securities .

Boomers are looking to retire in masses, so you have a huge pool of potential sellers.

We have been working to save up to purchase a primary residence (in Boston or the surrounding suburbs), however, since Massachusetts is currently one of the most expensive housing markets in the country, I’m wondering if it would be more beneficial to purchase my first investment property (out-of-state) first (instead of waiting for home prices to hopefully drop a little in Mass).2.

Use to use water, it does not work as well over the masses.

There are plenty of cash-flowing markets here - especially in the STR space.I'm in Arizona and there is constant news about what is happening in Mexico with occasional charts of various cartels and what turf they are fighting over,  and mass graves that have been found of the "disappeared". 

Countless masses are implementing ai calling it their business "innovation" but no, did they make the ai?
