It provides more clarity for me as this is new and uncharted territory - especially how the repairs/draws take place seeing that this was a vacant fixer-upper and the lender in 1st lien has a rehab loan.

I think dismissing potential ideas on the basis of them being too complicated is an awful mentality and I would rather know exactly why it wouldn't work or a path that would make it work and then decide for ourselves if it's worth it or not based on the steps it would take.

I traded all my RE in for apartment complexes in Ohio and we have won every eviction over there due to the judges being tired of these mental midgets lying regarding Covid and not following the CDC standards on their end.
