I do not want to say this guy is a scammer because many tactics he introduced is pretty helpful to me at least. 

And I just quickly found out that I wanted something with a little more scale and a little more meat on the bone.

Once I gave in and bought a few only to not have assistance and no clear direction so frustration took over and I was still learning but needed direction, I finally found a group of investors to help me,  guide me,  and teach me the ins and outs of the industry.If I am not working deals learning the ropes or watching videos for extra information in real estate investing you can find me at my full time career as a Auto Injury Claims Specialist with big red.

Gurus teach (and I use that term lightly) MARKETING aspects, how to, without any meat of the product being traded. 

I realize I have less control over what happens to my money when I deploy it in this way, but my time is more valuable to me at this point.

It also depends on market conditions and availability of cash in the market, both of which will create more or less "meat" so to speak in the deal.

If it wasn't for the fact I do not want to rely on him for money  ( I have some in savings, but would not last forever), I just have never wanted to be a woman that had to rely on a man, but no one is going to hire me at 7 months pregnant LOL you know?   

I’ll be reaching out credit agencies to get my score in order but I also have student loans as while which isn’t helping me at all until they’re paid off.
