That means any notice specified in any written agreement supersedes the Colorado statue regarding notice of non-renewal of a month to month agreement.

Getting the license makes a lot of sense now.I will tell you that there has been a number of occasions where disclosures were not given to me, especially the Agency Disclosures.In fact, one Broker was representing both the Seller and myself just recently and I never received the Dual Agency Disclosure.Another problem I see is in the case of a building that I bought over 6 years ago which is past the Statue of Limitation for Real Estate lawsuits, the legal use of the property was mis-represented by ALL parties, including the Agent, the Broker, the Appraiser and the Attorneys.

I took a look at the statues and quite frankly, I can't tell the difference from when it was a tax lien state.

Its a lot easier to get through to the county than calling the state.I'm not 100% on the Statue of Limitations on the Inheritance Tax, but I don't think there is one.

The problem is people want 1200 Sq ft with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and marble bathrooms for $750/month.
