Anyone Else Fed Up With Loan Servicing Companies?

I as a lender as part of settlement had our servicer unwind some negative reporting.As a sidenote I saw a post online somewhere else where someone who had an owner occupied home for several years relocated for work and teh servicer sent a letter telling them they are not in compliance with their loan because it must be owner occupied for the entirety of the loan even though the loan docs say one year....Again, servicer overstepping their bounds

My area is somewhat geographically bounded by various different mountain ranges and the agencies from “East” or “Down South” might get 1-2 listings a year but will likely never gain much of a foothold due to their distant locations.

Maybe that's exactly the right move here.. just wishing that I would be able to find deals that are a tad better to make the numbers work (ie. pencil out a small positive cashflow, to allow for the occasional unforseen issue that is bound to come up, particularly as the portfolio gets bigger)If your business cash flows well, it does not matter much.
