If you don’t know how or can’t get a locksmith out , go buy a new lock set and just swap out .

There is a local property manager that will send a locksmith to make sure we have access.

Many leases incorporate this kind of language or at least state that the tenant bears financial responsibility for a locksmith to change a properly functioning lock.

To my non-professional locksmith eyes the blanks all look the same but the copies of my master key aren't turning the lock.

I schedule my cleaner in between stays, have handymen as needed, locksmiths, etc.

Or maybe an unlocked window. other than than, you will have to get the owners permission and call a locksmith out. 

If you are buying a property subject to being vacant, inspect the property prior to purchase, like, on your way to close and have your locksmith or handyman at the house and when you buy it, change locks and secure it. 

If not lockbox or locksmith to get in with the tenants key or no key.

If you use a key or locksmith to enter the property, would this be considered "forcible" entry as required by Castle Doctrine.
