What precisely went wrong?

I am specifically located in Bay View.

So Augusta, GA is one of the locations that has been on the top of my list.  

My experience in Massachusetts, where it took nearly a year to evict a non-paying tenant, has made me more selective about the locations I invest in.I am looking forward to learning and sharing insights with this community! 

In davidson county most people book an STR to be close to downtown or at least close to somewhere cool as a secondary priority (like 5 points or 12 south for example).If you have an STR in white house it's going to need to make up for location.

Investment Info:Condo buy & hold investment.First primary residence (2 bed/ 2 bath condo) located into a desirable part of Southern California.

And mostly solo in my ventures but I'm looking to expand and network as I have a few big development opportunities in a location in South Mountain, much like Camelot Homes here in Phoenix.
