Auction buying (real auctions, not sales disguised to look like it’s in auction mode) can be successful for investors who invest in multiple auctioned properties over time so that each property represents a small percentage of the overall portfolio of properties purchased at different auctions.

Essentially their model is to take a 3/4 bedroom SFH, put flex wall it to 6 tenants and rent out each room individually.

Neither the model is STUPID nor I am loosing money. 

I think that the buy and resell model is going to force a lot of wholesalers to actually become business owners and operate as a business and have capital.   

Dismissing any marketing strategy simply because it doesn't align with your business model is unreasonable.

Anyone who has actually been active in this space will know that borrower behavior can be predictable and irrational, and they might have a fundamentally different mode of operating their life than you do.
