There's certainly quite a few of us around but things have been kinda slow since the interest rates jumped up and BP is doing a revamp of their website and overhauling the different premium tier packages and I've noticed its been messing with notifications and keywords and such so some people are just missing posts they would normally see. 

The best bet is to find an insurance BROKER (keyword) and have them search around for the best rate to see if they can beat any of the three I named. 

I don’t know anything about the Lincoln market hopefully now that you’ve said the city name other users with Lincoln in their keyword slewrtd will chime in for you. 

Set your Google Geo to the area that you are investing in and run a keyword search using "Buy my house" once Google gives you the results log the top 10 non sponsored sites listed.
