I thought this was part of the federal ADA which would mean that this would be true no matter the state but perhaps I'm wrong.What I'm learning is that it is always best to treat tenants, vendors, contractors, etc as calmly and even handedly, as possible.

Again I am not a lawyer but my view of the ADA rules is that they do not include ESA animals, cats (or any animal other than dogs and miniature horses) and that most posters have not looked into what ADA states.
