To me the value in diversification is that it helps nudge you to look for other opportunities and revenue streams where you might otherwise just be content to stay in your lane and then you'd never find anything new.

Hello BP community,Most of the builders do not offer investors opportunity to buy the lots and they claim they are only for primary residence (i;e they will sell only if you are going to live in it (example Ryan homes, Pulte homes etc..) are there any builders out there who can sell to investors for "buy to rent" in Columbus OH?

You also want to see a reserve study and only invest in a property where the HOA is at least 30% funded, less than that is assessment territory.
