Hi Chris, would like to get your lender information if you don’t mind?

Before i dive straight in, i am planning to do a trip to the US to feel out some of the cities and hopefully meet with some property managers to get their advice on areas.As i said above, i am very new but have been trying to soak up as much information daily as i can manage, and from what i have learnt, my plan would not be all that dissimilar to investing out of state.I was wondering if anyone has done something similar, and if so would be able to share any major unforseen hurdles that they weren't prepared for?

All my information is based on both my personal experience as to transactions I have successfully concluded as well as my knowledge of the laws, rules and regulations affecting real estate transfer, finance and sale currently in effect.  

However, I was recently informed that the major carriers are going to be classifying all traffic from OpenPhone (and several other applications) as application-to-person (A2P) traffic instead of person-to-person (P2P) traffic.

But.....There is simply not enough information in this scenario to offer you anything of substance.
