My initial thought is this could be a money maker for MF owners..

I have a high regard for home makers /stay at home mothers. 

You can definitely find some gems to flip and make really good profit. 

But for the information I have found with the amounts for the profit split and additional fees it makes everything pretty rough unless it is an all cash purchase and even then it isnt a money maker. 

And oftentimes they don’t make rent payments and hold you hostage to advance construction draws in order for them to give you back your own money as rent.

My guess is in that price range and limited window, you will not make enough additional appreciation to make renting it out make sense, so unless you planned on keeping it forever as a rental you are probably best off selling and cashing out.

And when something like this can enable the creation of things so obvious as bitconnect, its like in the 1950’s toy makers irradiated toys to make them glow in the dark and everyone was amazed... or asbestos, that was neat, huh?
