Your name would stay on it so you want to make sure its someone who is financially strong and stable who would do this.This was the concept I had just have to find that individual.

I remember one sad case in particular of an individual who claimed great success through a two year period, providing somewhat unspecified reporting of individual “flips” and the money made on each.  

. - Name of the program or coach- The cost- What was included (materials, online, or in-person, group coaching, individual coaching, coaching through the main coach or through other people the coach has trained, were there events to attend, community meetups, masterminds, etc?)

You want both individuals listed as tenants, meaning they occupy the rental and they are 100% financially responsible.
