I'm also seeing lots of homes for sale that were used as Airbnbs, so I'm wondering if that along with these numbers may indicate it's an overly saturated market, and if these are signs that maybe I should keep searching for a stronger market, or just a property that cash flows given the average annual revenue?

I will not know that until I climb under the house and into the attic etc... for inspectionThe area is close to things and is not in a indicated crime location and has a very nice open lot area on the corner with it but again assuming the tenants stay and lease I am looking at that as a smaller issue..Thanks for bringing up the concerns but I have tried to do my due diligence but do not really know is the analyzing aspect has missed something major.

They are on the market longer and are not going at asking prices but some people are still being very aggressive with their asking prices so it really isn't a great indicator.
