Am excited to venture into wholesaling and I've been educating myself on terms, technique, and form of going about it. 

We have used every strategy, technique and tactic that the gurus teach as their own.  

Real estate investment can be incredibly rewarding, between the cashflow, appreciation, and tax benefits, it truly is the greatest wealth creation tool. 

Like many of you, I started by reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and from there, I dove into Brandon Turner’s book on real estate investing.I’m incredibly excited to embark on this new adventure and can’t wait to see where it leads.

Pretty incredible how rapid the demand has increased in the past 12 months especially. 

Your story and growth sound incredible, and I would love to embark on a similar journey if everything works out.

So anyone who advertises or uses ANY marketing technique, can really advance businesses here. 

Many of them are posers - I smile and nod, knowing that their posing will make an impression on many who dream of quick wealth, and that their incredibly transparent bullsh** will eventually blow up in their face, leading to no lasting wealth and potentially major problems for themselves and everyone associated with them.Many of these students receive referral fees if they are able to sign up other people to the expensive ($5K+) coaching programs, masterminds, mentorships, or tribes.
