Yes, these are great for meeting people and networking and learning.

I've since also requested the same list from 5 other cities.I am looking forward to meeting some of you and hopefully working and learning from you as well.

Along the way, I have met many fellow tax preparers in office settings, continuing education classes, and other meetings. 

Look at lower ARV properties 200k and below and you'll probably find some that can work as a flip or a BRRRR even with current interest rates.I also would recommend meeting with a lender and describing your goals.

Saw an ad on Craig's List, I negotiated the deal personally on the first meeting.

The insurance company was about to close their claim- without giving out the funds because the insured couldn't find anything to purchase to meet the insurance company's requirements to recieve funds.
