You probably need a lawyer.  

I know its mean to say that people who do their own contracts get what they deserve, but you must know that if you are paying a couple hundred thousand dollars for something it just might have been worth spending $600 on a lawyer to do a proper contract for you.

You want to make sure the attorney is representing your interests - lawyers at Title companies that are a party to the transaction typically wont do this.

I had a different lawyer for my TN and my FL properties. 

(He’s not a lawyer so it’s not life and death. 😂)Second component is understanding what the AI indersgands when it views a photo and how accurate it is.

It applies to lawyers, CPAs, doctors, realtors and any other professional.Yet for some reason people believe that AI can produce correct answers every time. 

Basically the cost of the lawyer would ultimately be as much as the money they scammed me for.
