Hi All,I'm relatively new to the real estate scene and have spent the last year immersing myself in podcasts and books on real estate investing.

I am merely pointing this out because I've gathered since becoming more immersed with BP that most investors equate completing a BRRRR as a success story and are prioritizing return of capital over other underwriting inputs that offers a more meaningful look into the properties realistic profitability.
