The property is now valuing minimum at 365K via Zillow, HAR, and in the 400's with CreditKarma, with identical / neighboring units selling +$20,000.00 more than those estimates. 

They were identical stating that I am breaking Airbnb policy going off platform.

Take for instance my B+ located quadraplex consisting of 2 Bedroom units in Philadelphia that rent for just shy of $3,000/m and compare my building to the nearly identical quadraplex building in a C location in Philadelphia were the rents are $1,200/m. 

I have ran these numbers probably 30x, using ChatGPT and Python scripts, and they are almost identical to these numbers every time.Am I missing something?
