Short-Term Rentals:With its growing tourism industry and thriving business sector, Charlotte is a hotspot for short-term rental properties.

As an Ohio Realtor, I just came by to tell you that a hot spot for investors/ people from all over the world is investing in Ohio.

Find the hot spots, those charming neighborhoods and coveted areas where short-term rentals are in demand.

Of course, certain markets will be more effected than others.All the normal hot spots will likely see a larger decline than the more stable regions like mine in southwest Ohio.  

If it is, drill and replace the locks, post some no trespassing signs, and put up a few WiFi cameras connected to a mobile hotspot. 

It's a hotspot for value-added properties, where achieving close to the 1% rule is very achievable.

You'll need to get WIFI in the home or a hotspot for monitoring.
