I fear poor planning on the horizon...Any input/recommendations  greatly appreciated...

We anticipate more vacanies on the horizon, but we do not anticipating lowering rents. 

But STR investing can be fickle over a SHORT TERM horizon.  

So much to consider here and really the only thing that does give me pause is my really long time horizon given that I am only 41. 

Very glad I invested there and great things on the horizon.

Other factors to consider are what you plans are for the future (value add rehab, restructuring, selling the property soon, etc) and whether or not there are any events on your personal horizon that may impact your ability to refi later. 

But once i get the knack of how PM works, it would be easier for me to expand my horizons in this market.Thank you
