You’ll need to treat it like a business—handling tenant management, accounting, legal compliance, property maintenance, and more.That said, when done correctly, it’s a powerful tool for building wealth!

The PM must show the rent income collected less the mgmt fees and other expenses, distribute the remaining amount to the owner. 

Make sure they feel heard and assure them you will do in your power what you can do to make sure they are safe.
