The duplex is in Old Sandwich Town, it's historic in the sense that it's a really old community with heritage.

A flooring contractor recommended the Esmer Heritage tile and had a few samples handy.My goal is long term durability but also to provide flooring that accentuates the look and feel of the property.

The area is a very nice heritage neighborhood with 800k mansions a stone's throw away, though the immediate area is cheaper, 200-300k and also has some mansions converted to apartments.
