Sometimes the free-standing stove is an heirloom, and you will need to ask this question at contract so when you do your walkthrough prior to closing, the seller knows it needs to be included with the house and not removed, or what was otherwise agreed upon.REI Statement: “Earlier I spoke about the terms I use to buy houses.
