You are trying to take a short cut to make it convienient for you.

My 2 gripes are: No simple thank you for advice that is insanely valuableEveryone wants shortcuts and easy nowadays.....How many times do we hear - "Is there an App for ________?"

Very tough to do without good track record or being world’s best salesperson,in general there are not short cuts.  

A prudent investor doesn't seek quick riches through shortcuts.

I learned mine by driving around, looking up a bunch of properties online and looking at a bunch in person, listening to everything people said at the meetups and asking a ton of questions to local investors.If you have the money, her course is a bit of a shortcut to learn what you need to know, but it by no means is everything you need to flip in a local market.

I have not used this service personally but in my past experience with using/building out SEO on websites is that there is no service that can shortcut your success in the SEO realm.

going to depend on age of house how extensive updates, etc, etc, etc, there is no short cut number that will work 

It allows you to learn from the mistakes of others so you can shortcut the process and avoid common mistakes investors make.

A wise investor will not try to get rich quickly with shortcuts.
